RETURN POLICY

Royal Robbins honors returns on orders placed on the Royal Robbins website www.royalrobbins.com/us/.

We are unable to honor returns for merchandise purchased at other retail locations or on other retailers' websites. Royal Robbins is not able to accept returns from purchases made outside the United States. Products purchased with store credit cannot be returned or exchanged, even if paid for partially by credit card.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us prior to proceeding with the returns or warranty process.

RETURNS

Royal Robbins accepts new and unused merchandise to be returned with the original tags attached up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. The best way to change size or color is to go online and order the new size or color and return the original item for a refund.

GIFT RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

To process a gift return, please click here to contact customer service. Gifts that were purchased through a Royal Robbins retail store will need to be returned to a retail store; gifts purchased from our website can be returned for a web credit equal to the value of the purchased item.

We understand that you may not want to notify the original purchaser of the gift, however, we require proof of purchase in order to process gift return requests. Please have that information (preferably the order number) in your initial response to customer service in order to ensure that this process is handled efficiently.

*If it is not specified that you are generating a gift return, the original payment method will automatically be refunded when the return is processed.

RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in a Royal Robbins retail store must be returned or exchanged in-store.

Returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise will be honored up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If an item is returned after 30 days, you are entitled to a store credit which is valid in perpetuity.

Any product purchased within a retail location will need to be returned or exchanged in a store. Unfortunately, at this time, returns for store purchases cannot be made online. If you are not located near a retail store at the time of return, please contact the original store to discuss options.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN?

Returns enter our system within 72 hours of receipt and will be finalized within approximately 10 business days after arrival. Email notification is sent upon the finalization of your return, not when your items are received at the facility. Please note that it will take most banks 3-6 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email notification.
