EARTH DAY SWEEPSTAKE
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility The Earth Day Sweepstake of Royal Robbins LLC, Hanwag Retail US LLC, Primus-Silva Sweden AB (the “Sweepstake”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Royal Robbins LLC, Hanwag Retail US LLC, Primus-Silva Sweden AB (the “Companies”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstake.
2. Entry Method
Participants may enter the Sweepstake by completing the entry form available on Dojo Mojo, providing their name, address, birthdate and e-mail address. No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstake.
3. Entry Deadline
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM EDT on 4/19/2024. All entries must be received by 4/28/2024 at 11;59PM, EDT
4. Prize Description
The prize for the Sweepstake is a hiking gear package from Royal Robbins, Hanwag, Primus, and Silva. Primus gear including: Lite XL Stove Stystem, 2 Long Spoons, 2 Kasa Mugs, and 2 Campfire Bowls S. Silva gear including: Strive 10 Running Vest, Terra Expedition Compass, and Terra Scout Hybrid Headlamp. Royal Robbins apparel: Merced Anorak (M or W) Desert Pucker if (M) OR Spotless Evolution Tank Dress (W). Hanwag Boots: Blueridge ES Hiking Boots. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $800 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost for shipment within the United States. Please note that prizes will not be shipped outside of the United States. Any participant residing outside of the United States at the time of entry who wins the sweepstake will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 5 days after the entry deadline by Primus-Silva Sweden AB or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding.
6. Notification of Winners
The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified timeframe or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the prize and, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Release of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstake, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Companies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstake or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to the following:
b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstake;
c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors;
d) lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, undelivered, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected mail, entries, application downloads, or text messages;
e) any other errors or problems in the administration with the Sweepstake, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstake, the announcement of the winner, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries, or any Sweepstake-related materials;
f) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstake or acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tempering, hacking, or by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstake.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstake is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstake, Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Company shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Company reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total approximate retail value as set forth in these terms and conditions) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Company. Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstake.
8. Use of Personal Information
By entering the Sweepstake, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstake, delivering prizes, and for marketing purposes, including receiving promotional emails from Royal Robbins, Hanwag, Primus, and Silva. Participant information will only be shared and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without separate consent. Participants who wish to opt out of receiving marketing emails from Royal Robbins, Hanwag, Primus, and Silva may do so by contacting Royal Robbins, Hanwag, Primus, and Silva, please see more details under clause 9.

9. Communication Preferences
Participants have the option to opt in or opt out of receiving marketing emails from the Companies. This preference can be updated at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails or by contacting help@royalrobbins.com. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly.
Please note that participants cannot opt out of receiving essential emails regarding the Sweepstake itself (such as notifications of changes to the terms and conditions, updates on prize distribution etc.). These communications are necessary for Sweepstake administration and participant notification.
If a participant wishes to withdraw from receiving all communications, including notifications related to the Sweepstake, they must withdraw their participation from the Sweepstake entirely. By withdrawing their participation, a participant forfeits their eligibility for the Sweepstake and the opportunity to win prizes. To withdraw from participation, please contact help@royalrobbins.com
10. Governing LawThe Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstake shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Colorado], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Agreement to Terms
By entering the Sweepstake, participants agree to fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding.

14. Void Where Prohibited
The Sweepstake is void where prohibited by law.
