Royal Robbins clothing is made to endure over many years with proper care. If you experience any defect in our materials or workmanship, we will gladly replace or repair it at any time.

Returns

Note: Our Return Shipping Policy has changed. We are no longer providing a prepaid return shipping label. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase on RoyalRobbins.com, you may send it back to us for a refund, credit or exchange. All items must be returned within 30 days, unworn and in the state you received them (original tags on the item).

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Fill out the form included in your original package to indicate whether you are returning or exchanging an item, and enclose it in your return package. Make sure you fill out the credit card information section as well – we do not keep your credit card info on file in order to protect your security. Please send the item back using the shipping service of your choice. Royal Robbins will not credit you for any return shipping charges you may incur. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Royal Robbins will only honor returns or exchanges on orders placed on the Royal Robbins website. We will not honor returns or exchanges on defective or damaged merchandise purchased at retail locations or on other retailers' websites. In the event that the retail store where you purchased the defective item is no longer in business or reachable, we will exchange the merchandise for an item of equal value. Royal Robbins does not accept returns or
exchanges from purchases made outside the United States. NOTE: Products purchased with store credit or points cannot be returned, even if paid for partially by credit card.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to receive your new product is to go online and re-order the product you need, and return the original product for a refund.

When you return your item, please fill out the form enclosed in your original package. Make sure you fill out the credit card information section as well – we do not keep your credit card info on file in order to protect your security.

In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
