Returns & Exchanges

Now returns and exchanges are on us! If you aren't 100% satisfied with any item you purchase on, send it back to us free of charge*. All items must be returned within 30 days, unworn and in the state you received them (original tags on the item). Please note: return/exchanges must be shipped using the FedEx Ground label provided regardless of the method used to ship the original order.

*Free shipping on returns excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

To Make a Return or Exchange:

Fill out the form included in your original package to indicate whether you are returning or exchanging an item, and enclose it in your return package. Please send the item back using the free shipping label included in your package. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

Royal Robbins will only honor returns or exchanges on orders placed on the Royal Robbins website. We will not honor returns or exchanges on defective or damaged merchandise purchased at retail locations or on other retailers' websites. In the event that the retail store where you purchased the defective item is no longer in business or reachable, we will exchange the merchandise for an item of equal value. Royal Robbins does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States.

NOTE: Products purchased with store credit or points cannot be returned, even if paid for partially by credit card.
