To do our part to protect our community and staff, we have decided to temporarily shut down our distribution center and retail store locations.
We apologize that we are unable to accept or process returns at this time, and have extended our return policy. For orders placed on or after 2/15/20, returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date our warehouse resumes operations. Please hold your return and we will process your request once our warehouse resumes regular operations. Please be sure to retain your receipt, keep the tags on your item(s) and ensure your item(s) are not used or damaged.
In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions, as our Customer Service teams are working from home to provide continued service.

Royal Robbins honors returns on orders placed on the Royal Robbins website, www.royalrobbins.com.
We are unable to honor returns for merchandise purchased at other retail locations or on other retailers' websites. Royal Robbins is not able to accept returns from purchases made outside the United States. Products purchased with store credit cannot be returned or exchanged, even if paid for partially by credit card.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us prior to proceeding with the returns or warranty process.
New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.
Purchases made between November 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 can be returned through January 31, 2020.
The quickest way to exchange an item is to go online and order the correct size or color and return the original item for a refund. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
Please fill out the return form that came with your shipment and enclose it with your packing slip. If you need a copy of the return form, you can download one here.
Return authorization is not necessary, we do not issue RA#s for consumer returns.
Repackage your items to be returned in your original recycled polybag mailer along with the completed return form and your packing list.
Please write your order number on the outside of the package. This will help us quickly identify and process your return upon arrival.
We recommend shipping your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

How long does it take to process the return?
Returns enter our system within 48 hours of receipt and will be finalized within four business days after arrival. Email notification is sent upon the finalization of your return, not when your items are received at the facility. Please note that it will take most banks 3-6 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email notification.
