These Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply for the sale of gift cards on this website by Fenix Outdoor Ecom AB, Brogatan 141, 89435 Själevad, Sweden ("Seller"). In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of the Seller apply, unless otherwise stated in the Gift Card Terms and Conditions below.
The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most recent version of these Terms will be available here and the posted version will apply at the time of your purchase.
2. Use of gift cards
The gift cards can only be used to make purchases of goods from the Seller´s online shops at www.royalrobbins.com/eu in the original currency the gift card was purchased in. You can use the gift card to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected good(s). If the value of the gift card is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the Seller can be chosen to settle the difference. Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
Your gift card balance will be updated after each transaction in which the gift card is used.
You can always check your current balance online at https://www.royalrobbins.com/eu/en-gb/gift-card-information. Such balance is however an estimate only. The balance is generally adjusted immediately after you make a purchase, but the updated balance may be delayed for a period of time.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
The number of gift cards you can purchase is limited to 10 per transaction.
You can only redeem 10 gift cards per purchase.
If you use a gift card in addition to another payment method for an order and you subsequently return the purchased good(s), the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the other payment option.
Gift cards cannot be retroactively credited to a purchase. You can of course use your gift card for any subsequent purchase.
The value and/or balance of a gift card is neither paid out in cash nor will it accrue interest.
You may transfer the gift card to another owner.
3. Payment
Payment for gift cards can be made via the available payment options. Please read more here.
The minimum value per gift card is 10,- EUR. The maximum value per gift card you can purchase is 1000,- EUR.
4. Delivery
Gift cards may be provided to you by e-mail unless otherwise agreed.
The gift card will be sent to the chosen recipient's email address immediately after the purchase is complete or at the specific delivery date requested by you.
5. Validity
Gift cards and remaining balances on gift cards can be redeemed up to the end of the fifth year from the date of purchase of the gift card. At the expiry of the validity period, the gift card cannot be used for purchases nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.
6. Limited Liability
Please treat your gift card as cash. The Seller is not liable for gift cards once purchased and will not replace gift cards, which are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged.
