Orders using ground shipping will usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

We do not offer Saturday delivery through our website. If you need Saturday delivery service, please call us at 800-587-9044.

Ground orders will be shipped within two business days. We get to play on weekends, so ground orders placed on Friday after 6:00am PST will be processed by Tuesday (or the following business day). If you require faster processing, please call us at 800-587-9044.

Orders using express shipping must be received by 6:00am Pacific Standard Time in order to be processed that day and may be shipped only to physical addresses (no PO Boxes). Express orders placed after 6:00am PST will be processed on the following business day. For example, an Overnight order placed on Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday and will arrive on Thursday. If you require faster processing, please call us at 800-587-9044.

When shipping to an APO, FPO or P.O. Box address, you must use First Class Mail via U.S. Mail.

Holiday Shipping - Any items ordered after 6am the Friday before a holiday will not ship out until the Tuesday after the holiday. This policy is subject to change if the holiday does not fall on a Monday.
